How long will standard orders take?
Orders take 1 to 2 days to process plus an estimated 3 to 7 days for delivery depending on the delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the items in your order and the delivery address. However we do offer special promotions that offer free shipping, check back with us often or sign up for our newsletter and special offers here.
What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to certain countries in South and Central America. Call us at 888-722-2944 if you have any questions about placing an international order.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Are there shipping charges for electronic gift cards?
No, there are no shipping charges for electronic gift cards.
How do I create a baby shower registry?
There are two ways to create a baby shower registry. You can either visit one of our stores and create you registry there or you can register online. Simply go the the creat a baby registry link located on the left hand side of the home page. Follow the instructions and you will be on your way to creating your baby registry.
How do I place an order from a Gift Registry?
First, look up the registry by clicking the link on the left hand side of the home page. Once you have located the person's registry you can simply "add to cart" those items you wish to purchase for them.
If I create a registry at one of your locations, will it be available online?
Yes, all registries created in our stores will be available online. Please be sure to include your email address at the time of registration to make your online access more convenient.
Why are there items on my registry without a picture?
Some items are only available for purchase online while other items are only available for purchase in our stores.
How do I add items to my registry?
Once you are logged in to your registry, all you need to do is browse through the site and as you see something you like, simply click the ADD TO REGISTRY button and it will be added to your gift registry.
How do I delete items on my registry?
Once you log into your registry, click the view items button. There you will see all the items on your registry. If you want to delete an item, cimply click the red X button and it will be removed.

How do I place an international order?
Place your order as you normally would. Make sure to include your international billing address at the time of checkout. Your order total will not reflect shipping charges. This is because we will contact you to discuss shipping charges. If you are in accordance with the shipping fees, you card will be charged for the agreed upon shipping and charges and then your order will be processed.
How do I return an item?
Returns can be made at any of our locations or to our online warehouse. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip, returned in new condition in their original, unopened packaging in order to receive a refund or store credit. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All furniture items will incur a 25% restocking fee and all other items will receive a full refund less a $15 restocking fee. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable.
For health and safety reasons, items such as maternity undergarments, diapering accessories, bathing accessories, breast pumps & accessories, diapers, wipes and formula are non-returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded.Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation along with the reason for your return
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
Once your items are received by us, we will inspect the items and if they meet the above criteria we will issue a full refund minus associated restocking fees for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions.We recommend you use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.

Can I cancel my order?
We will be happy to cancel your order as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
